The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring an amazing stay. The royal service staff and our butler, Steve, were attentive to our needs. The beach was well-kept and the resort felt safe day and night.

The place is getting old (we have been here several times before). The bathrooms are in need of renovation (no separate shower!!). The à la carte restaurant Vento unclean and not recommended (building dust, debris on the benches) !

The room had excellent decor, amazing wifi, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the Grill was great, and the bartenders at the North Ave bar made delicious drinks.

During our stay in the Royal area, we enjoyed the serene beach that was further down and quieter than the main beach. We also loved the variety of restaurants onsite, including the Brazilian restaurant at the nearby sister resort. Our room had a lovely view of the garden and was clean and comfortable. The service was generally good, and the breakfast was delicious.

Some areas of the hotel were a bit dated, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

The facilities and amenities at Paradisus Punta Cana Resort were outstanding. The pool and beach were beautiful, with a bar on the beach and glowing chairs and beds. The buffet food was high quality and delicious. The staff was super friendly and the resort was kid-friendly.

Great location, very friendly staff. The food was plentiful and well presented. The beach was clean and there were plenty of chairs and palapas available even during the busiest season. We also enjoyed the fact that there were many activities available to keep us entertained.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. The buffets could have been larger and the quality of the food, especially at breakfast, could have been better.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, we never got bored as there were many activities throughout the day for us to enjoy. We easily found parking on the premises, and the free transportation service took us from the hotel to the beach in just 10 minutes. We were excited to follow the staffer to the activity, which turned out to be a lot of fun. And let's not forget the breakfast, it was delicious, and the staff there were always very attentive and friendly.
